 Jordan K. Dixon

Mr. Dixon brings exceptional results and strategic leadership to the firm. After spending his first five years defending public entities and insurance companies in personal injury and workers' compensation matters, he gained invaluable insight into defense strategies and tactics. Driven by a lifelong ambition to stand up for those who have suffered harm, he transitioned to representing plaintiffs and applicants, dedicating his practice to advocating for injured individuals. His prior defense experience now serves his clients well, as he leverages that knowledge to build stronger cases and secure maximum recoveries.

Since transitioning to plaintiff representation, Mr. Dixon has recovered tens of millions of dollars for injured workers and accident victims. His track record speaks for itself—he delivers results through meticulous preparation, aggressive advocacy, an unmatched work ethic, and an unwillingness to accept anything less than full value for his clients' cases.

As Managing Partner, Mr. Dixon sets the firm's strategic direction and maintains exacting standards across all practice areas. He ensures every case receives the same level of intensity and attention to detail that defines his own practice. He has been instrumental in shaping the firm into one with a reputation for taking on challenging cases and winning.

A standout hockey player in his youth and veteran of the construction industry, Mr. Dixon brings a relentless work ethic and toughness forged through pre-dawn practices, physical exhaustion, and demanding job sites. These experiences taught him that success requires outworking the competition and pushing through when others quit—qualities that now drive his approach to every case.

As a father of two young children, he approaches each case with the perspective of someone who understands what's at stake for families facing life-changing injuries. He brings the same unwavering determination to the courtroom that once drove him on the ice and on job sites—because his clients deserve nothing less.
